Sustainability in Packaging MENA 2025 will take place at the Jumeirah Creekside Hotel in Dubai.

• Rates are inclusive of breakfast
• Rates above are exclusive of 5% VAT, 7% municipality fee, 10% service charge and Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (“DTCM”) tourism dirham fee of AED 20 per Hotel Room per night.
• Any further change in fees imposed by the government will be reflected in the final invoice
• All quoted guestroom rates above are on a per room per night basis

All delegates, speakers, sponsors, exhibitors and other attendees are responsible for arranging their own travel and accommodation. 

Warning for all attendees:

It has come to our attention that a number of accommodation service providers have contacted companies supporting Sustainability on Packaging MENA 2025 regarding hotel reservations. When delegates say they have already booked they are told that they need to finalise their booking by completing a form with credit card details. This generates a new booking and a 25% deposit is immediately charged to the card - this is non-refundable and any cancellation incurs a heavy penalty.
